Thai PBS Verify has discovered a suspicious news article: Natthaphong Ruengpanyawut, leader of the People’s Party, allegedly speaks against Thai billionaire Dhanin Chearavanont in a famous news program, while promoting an automated income-generating investment link. However, the featured imagery is found to be an AI deepfake. Meanwhile, Mr. Dhanin’s CP Group has come forward to confirm that the report is entirely fake, adding that legal action is currently underway against those involved.
